I did that patch for Pure Data using Linux Ubuntu, I think that It should work on others operations systems as well. First, you can test the hardware in a simple way, watch the LEDs and see If turn on. Look, If you need some help in build the programmer for AVR or something, just say If you want to write some ideas or something, you can write on Homemade MIDI turntable ou make some new page like this this is a new page?, when editing or writing here in the forum. ((this is a new page)) Have you seen some answers about this project on Pure Data forum

I received one e-mail: "help for the homemade midi turntable project From: "Ajit Kumar Kalgi" To: casainho(at)gmail(.)com Date: Today 18:29:55 hi, i am interested in the midi turntable project that you have put on the Open Circuits website i am ready to work on that, if you could suggest me some of the functionalities that can be added into it and may be some of the aspects of its implementation then it would help me a lot... waiting for the reply.... ajit." And my answer is: Hello Nice, because I also would like to continue the project, having other person working and with new ideas must be great!! I did enable the forum on the site, so, any future contact should be here, so others can read ours work, ours ideas. I also made the page editable by registered, so, If you want to add some information, you should For me, the hardware is working fine!! I just didn't test it with a turntable, because I don't have anyone and I would prefer to find some adaptation or maybe doing one in wood. I contacted one person that does traditional instruments like guitars and accordions, to make one turntable in wood, however, that person is very busy and don't have time now So, I stopped the project to find a turntable, to test the actual hardware. But the project have also software in Pure Data, the patch. What do you like to do? working in hardware? in software por AVR? or software/patch for Pure Data?? I leaved a message in Pure Data forum Welcome Ajit Kumar Kalgi!! and can you please introduce yourself? - you have personal information about me here: Sobre mim. |
